I've been competing in Powerlifting since the 80s and have used different brands of lifting shoes. Tyr L-1 Lifter is the best lifting shoe I've worn in my life. The wide toe box is exactly what I need to have better grip on the floor for maximum force transfer. The shoe is stable and has the perfect heel height for my style of squatting, The L-1 is comfortable and as a Laker fan, the Yellow/Purple combo is a plus!
